E-Message Campaign

Together with provincial champions in Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario, the AsthmaSphere campaign targetted high- and middle-level decision makers and stakeholders who have the ability to influence resource allocation and programming for students with asthma.The messages were reviewed by a team of 25 experts and partners, which provided input to ensure they were concise, compelling, evidence-based and effective. Using The Lung Association of Alberta and NWT's Air Exchange collaboration site, online dialogue was encouraged to explore barriers and solutions. The PRESS model, Alberta Health Services Childhood Asthma Pathway for Schools was emphasized as one solution for further development and adoption. Click here to join the discussion.
